Novela Residents:

 

The Novela Annual Meeting was held on April 1st, and a new board was elected (See Novela Board of Directors section on (left hand column of Novela Website)

Novela Board Meeting Summary:

- The new board will be reviewing Arc Covenant revisions, Budget Challenges, Budget Projections, Updating Resident Contact List and MHOA projects updates. Meeting minutes will be posted once approved.

 

Landscape / Irrigation - Please contact the Novela Account Manager Victor Juarez - (239) 682-4438 for lawn related issues.

 

- Irrigation Schedule:

Irrigation cycles begin at 9:00 PM and run for 20 minutes 3 times per week per household (see schedule below)

 

Addresses: 14501 to 14610 Speranza Way – Sunday, Tuesday and Friday starting at 9:00 PM:

 

Adresses: 14619 to 14700 Speranza Way AND 28501 to 25593 Risrosa Place - Monday, Wednesday and Saturday starting at 9:00 PM

We utilize Email and our Website (see website info below) to communicate to our residents.

The board will be embarking on a project to confirm your preferred email addresses (can be more than one per household) so that we may provide updated information on a timely basis.
