Novela Residents:
Our Novela Pop Up Happy Hour Party was a
tremendous success. Thank you to our
party committee
for once again organizing a great neighborhood get together!!! For

Budget - The Novela Board of
Directors Budget meeting was held on October 22, 2025. The board approved an
annual increase of 2% ($47.79) for Novela and 5%
for the MHOA ($323.81)
The next annual meeting will be scheduled in March
2026, with the exact date to be determined.
Mailboxes: As you know many of our mailboxes have become quite unsightly over the last few years. Please note that the cost of painting mailboxes is done at the owner’s expense as we don’t have the budget for it, especially after the cost of repairs to our irrigation system. Please keep in mind that the mailbox paint must be high or semi-gloss black and the flag must remain red. Replaced numbers must be same as they are currently. directors are not responsible for the maintenance, repair, or painting of
individual mailboxes. As a courtesy only, the Association is providing the
names of two painter/service providers that homeowners may choose to
contact. This referral is not an endorsement, warranty, or guarantee of the
contractor’s work, pricing, availability, or qualifications. Homeowners who
choose to use this service do so at their own discretion and are solely
responsible for coordinating the work, verifying credentials, and managing
all payments or issues that may arise. The Association assumes no liability
for the performance or outcome of any work completed.
Pressure Washing: Please ensure
your homes, roofs and driveways are power washed for a clean appearance.

submit an ARC request form (online) through

minutes 3 times per week per household (see schedule below)

embarking on a project to confirm your preferred email addresses (can be
more than one per household) so that we may provide updated information on a
timely basis.
