Annual Meeting - The next annual meeting is scheduled for Friday, April, 3^rd at 11:00 AM in the RCC Media room. 

Budget - The Novela Board of Directors Budget meeting was held on October 22, 2025. The board approved an annual increase of 2% ($47.79) for Novela and 5% for the MHOA ($323.81)  

Mailboxes: As you know many of our mailboxes have become quite unsightly over the last few years. Please note that the cost of painting mailboxes is done at the owner’s expense as we don’t have the budget for it, especially after the cost of repairs to our irrigation system. Please keep in mind that the mailbox paint must be high or semi-gloss black and the flag must remain red. Replaced numbers must be same as they are currently. Residents have utilized R.23 Painting Service - Roberto Garcia - Cell: (772) 672-2570 or Email: robert78garcia78@gmail.com with positive results if you would like to contact them directly. 

Note: The Association and Novela Board of directors are not responsible for the maintenance, repair, or painting of individual mailboxes. As a courtesy only, the Association is providing the names of two painter/service providers that homeowners may choose to contact. This referral is not an endorsement, warranty, or guarantee of the contractor’s work, pricing, availability, or qualifications. Homeowners who choose to use this service do so at their own discretion and are solely responsible for coordinating the work, verifying credentials, and managing all payments or issues that may arise. The Association assumes no liability for the performance or outcome of any work completed.  

Pressure Washing: Please ensure your homes, roofs and driveways are power washed for a clean appearance.  

ARC REVIEW / Architectural GuidelinesIf you intend to make changes to your home, you must submit an ARC request form (online) through

Landscape / Irrigation - Please contact the Novela Account Manager Victor Juarez - (239) 682-4438 for landscape related issues. 

- Irrigation Schedule:

Irrigation cycles begin at 9:00 PM and run for 20 minutes 3 times per week per household (see schedule below) 

Addresses: 14501 to 14610 Speranza Way – Sunday, Tuesday and Friday starting at 9:00 PM

Adresses: 14619 to 14700 Speranza Way AND 28501 to 25593 Risrosa Place - Monday, Wednesday and Saturday starting at 9:00 PM 

 - Communications / Preferred contact email addresses:We utilize Email and our Website to communicate to our residents. The board will be embarking on a project to confirm your preferred email addresses (can be more than one per household) so that we may provide updated information on a timely basis.
