Novela’s Spring Block Party
was once again a tremendous success!!! Thank you to our
party committee for once again organizing a great neighborhood
get together!!!
New Residents: If you are a

Novela Social Committee: The Novela Social
Committee consists of 10 residents responsible for coordinating our Block
Parties, Welcoming New Homeowners and assisting residents with questions or
who may need a helping hand. Please use the
"send a comment / Question to the board"

and we will respond to you as quickly as possible.
Mailboxes: As you know our
mailboxes can become quite unsightly. Please note that the cost of painting
mailboxes is done at the owner’s expense. Mailbox paint must be high or
semi-gloss black, and the flag must
remain red. Replaced numbers must be the same as they are currently.

painting of individual mailboxes. As a courtesy only, the Association may
provide the names of painters/service providers that homeowners may choose
to contact. This referral is not an endorsement, warranty, or guarantee of
the contractor’s work, pricing, availability, or qualifications. Homeowners
who choose to use this service do so at their own discretion and are solely
responsible for coordinating the work, verifying credentials, and managing
all payments or issues that may arise. The Association assumes no liability
for the performance or outcome of any work completed.
Pressure Washing: Please ensure
your home’s roofs and driveways are power washed for a clean appearance.

Irrigation cycles begin at 9:00 PM and run for 20
minutes 3 times per week per household (see schedule below)
